Felix Odigie, Managing Partner at Cedros Capital, LLC, has over Fifteen years of experience managing and leading teams in financial and technology sectors. Mr. Odigie is also the General Partner of Quoin Capital Investment Bank, where he is dedicated to increasing Quoin’s footprint and reach globally, especially in the Americas and Africa by providing access to unique instruments and resources they may not find elsewhere.  Odigie founded a search fund eight years ago that he has been able to use in evaluating smart acquisitions. Prior to founding Cedros Capital, Odigie was the CEO of Inspired eLearning – a cyber security training solutions provider. Under his leadership, Inspired eLearning aggressively released a series of new products suites to combat cyber security via training solutions, bolstered its workforce, and positioned the company for enhanced growth and market share.

Before joining Inspired eLearning as CEO, Odigie founded Valde Capital, LLC, which wholly owned Inspired elearning, where he was responsible for the venture firm’s investment development thesis, deal-flow, and portfolio management decisions. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President of Fixed Income Strategy at Janney Montgomery Scott, along with senior positions at UBS Investment Bank (FIG Group) and Citizens Bank (RBS North America).

Odigie’s technology experience was drawn from his years as a Sr. Technology Integration PM at Citizens Bank, a managing consultant at TeKSystems, and at TUFTS, where he managed the engineering team in the Technology Systems Group. There, he was responsible for developing and implanting strategies that consolidated operations and positively impacted ROI.

Odigie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science from Northeastern University, along with a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. He is fluent in two Nigerian languages and self-taught Mandarin, and he enjoys snowboarding, Taekwondo, soccer and football.
